Hi,
I recieved my Crystal few days ago, in replacement of my 8KX.
During some days, there was a graphical guide displayed each time I put the headset on, then when in correctly place, the auto IPD setup started.
Then I got some issues (I had already messed up with my config with the 8kX), so decided to reinstall everything from scratch to get cleaned…
And now, no more guidance, the auto IPD is tarting right after I put the headset.
Any thought ? Is it a feature that disepeared ?
sorry, I should not have used the word “guidance”, as I’m not talking about this button;
I’m talking about the inside headset schema that help to align the headset to the eyes when you firstly put the HS on the head.
I don’t have it anymore, it is jumping directly to the IPD auto setting.
Is that the on/off for the alignment guide?
Indeed, activated this feature restored the alignement help.
Not sure the title of this feature is the most accurate for this…
For very thank you for this clue.
Check the proximity sensor is working correctly. They stop working which affects screen timeout & ipd adjustments.
