My Pimax 5k+ arrived 3 weeks ago, but no hand detection, made 2 tickets already with support, but no answer till now, does support even work?
I hope that i can get an answer on why didnt i get my hand detection module, also ive bought it on pre-order and at the time it said that i would receive a pack of game, no games either, so pimax what now?
No one has gotten any accessories.
