Well, @PimaxQuorra, the strange thing is, that two months ago i got a reply on my ticket that the bs and controllers were already om the way to the EU warehouse from Amazon. That means they should arrive there in a few days. As in EU there is no lockdown regarding the virus, i Just don’t understand why Amazon did not start delivery. Your story is a different story than the reply i got at the time. Was the answer i got then not true? I see no point in the fact that amazon.de would hold packages that are already paid for, for two months in the EU warehouse because a virus outside EU?

As you can see, in this reply regarding my order, the goods were already on the way (so within a few days at the FBA place?) I don’t get it, do i read the answer the wrong way or was it just not true? Please be upfront and honest on this one.
And if i want to cancel my so9263 and so8234, will i get refunded and get back into the original plan of base stations and Sword Sense controllers, as well as the 100 dollar downgrade coupon?

As we got the update from the logistic team, they started to deliver the products to the users. So the Plan F will soon arrive at your doorplace.
If you insist to make the refund, our support team is willing to help, and you can get back to the original plan, but regarding the downgrade coupon, we need to confirm with them.
