I can login to the support forum with my Pimax (not forum) account, but now all my orders disappeared from my Pimax account…
EDIT: I can see support ticket I raised 2 months ago, but 2 of my last month orders are not there…
One of my 2 orders has dissapeared, too. I am missing the one bought with the downgrade coupon (2 comfort kits). Regarding SO8234
Also did not get a delivery date for SO9263.
It would be nice to know when, where, what and how exactly.
They are working on with the missing orders problem (afaik not really missing)
Will see if we have more information about that tomorrow.

Sorry on the issue, but our team is working out to solve the problem, but no worries on the abnormal orders status, we did back up those data. The order will recover once our maintenance is over!

Our team is doing the maintenance on the website backstage, and we found out it did affect on the account’s order status. But we do have the back data, so in no long time you will get your order status back to normal. Or else you might check now, as some of them are already restored!
