I’m trying to get an answer to some questions about my 8KX order and submitted a ticket a couple of days ago and still haven’t heard back.
In the most recent update it’s been said there is a new Pimax live support chat option yet I still can’t find it on the support page… Where is this option and how can I otherwise get a swift response to my questions?
