yes pimax mode to video mode.
I am not sure but he installed it a few times I think the antivirus programs were giving fits. He downloaded a dll zip file as well as runtime zip file and VC application as well.
headset is as before hdmi and usb are showing connected but headset is not detected. LED is blue. I see wall paper in headset. when Sean fixed I saw PiMax logo.
Sounds like its stuck in video mode (but not showning connected).
Have you tried holding power to turn it off then power it on.
Might also mention that you said you have 2 anti virus product… While that is not a problem in itself it is never a good idea to have both actively monitoring at the same time. Or each can detect the other as they both can be monitoring background files and services which can cause the other to detect potential intrusion.

I usually only have one antivirus, not sure what I was thinking but they do tend to fight, so now only have one. Sean got it going again and I broke it by switching to video mode …this time before we wrapped up
