my pimax came broken the head phone jack cuts out you have to hold it to work … when i try to create a ticket it wont let me login it says userid or password not found
i reset it like 15 times same thing … I NEED HELP , this is the only place i can reach anyone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME !!!

If your using Adblocker disable it for support site it was recently posted by another member as blocking up pop up.
I tried this on 4 other computers … chrome Firefox and ie
