I have logged into Helpdesk to see the progress of response for my ticket #17,784, and it says " 状态 Wait Customer Response", even though I had replied. I then copy/pasted the last Email directly into the Helpdesk mask and updated it, but the status remains. Maybe it’s a bug in the Helpdesk system. Please take a look at it if you can. P.S. I’m also waiting for the shipping reimbursement of #17,070.
