I am order number P123844. I would like to know the status of my order. I was told when I made the purchase that the headset would be sent out between March 10-16.
On March 10th I received an email saying they had requested pickup by the courier and a tracking number would follow shortly. I have not heard anything since. I have emailed multiple times and have not gotten a response.
I am considering canceling my order. I would like to know if my Pimax 5k+ has gotten lost or if it simply has not shipped yet. Please send my Pimax and provide a tracking number today or I will cancel my order.

and me mozi you said to me it left SH days ago but still no sign i have been told excuses many many times all different and all lies
So I can expect to receive a tracking number by Tuesday? Is that what you are saying?
Hi Mrvr, as state in PM, normally it will take 3-7 days from SH to oversea warehouse. At the same time, this period is out of our Pimax’s control, we can only try to push. Please give us some more time, the headsets were indeed shipped out.
Normally,after the logistic arranged, still need 1-3 days to get the tracking number
