It’s not fixed. The link to the “International version 1.1.70” is still broken.
It’s occurred to me since that perhaps you are intending for everyone to be using Version 1.1.71 now since you can choose English during install and it seems to work just fine, but the download page doesn’t make that clear because it’s not labelled “International”.
You should remove the old link entirely if we’re not supposed to be using it to avoid confusion, particularly since it’s broken anyway.
