While waiting for NoloVR I just got prescription glasses for my 4K 
I expect less strain for the eyes than normal. Anyone else have need for glasses for Pimax 4K?

Small Finnish company (Hakunilan Optiikka) custom made these for me and in my case the cost was 70eur. The cost was related to the type of lens I choosed.

So you are in luck - kind of 
I did some R&D with the owner and now I have lenses that removes Pimax 4K focus issues 100% for me. I can focus close and distant objects easily!?!
I have no idea how it is possible, but the clarity is amazing and with my real IPD.

Those frames look 3d-printed … does anyone have a link to the .stl model so I can get one printed. I can take it to my optician to get a set of frames made to fit it.

I my case I have very slight myopia (<-0.75) in both eyes and IPD 63 so in theory I should not have the need for glasses in Pimax 4K.
Since I have owned Rift longer than Pimax 4K, I have always felt that there is something special going on with Pimax 4K lenses - and based on forum so have others. Pimax has stayed on the shelve most of the time.
Now I have customized lenses, which are not exactly the same as regular eye glasses. The difference is stunning - I did not realize how sharp the image can be (=FIXED for me). The device is now what I expected originally - with 100… serial. The “4K” gets now justice and I choose this headset over Rift’s godrays and SDE with ease, especially in high contrast games like Elite Dangerous. Controllers and some software are still the reason for me to keep Rift.
I hope Pimax does not ruin 8K with god rays.
