Hello guys is anybody knows why it’s happening with my Pimax 5k plus after playing any game around 5 min screen turn black and goggles lost sinc ?

New 5k+ from RMA having problem with screen going black. No simple reboot of hmd working. I may try to update pitool I am still on 109. Will be updating to try 120hz mode.
