I purchased pimax 5k+ without sign in.

Then how can I see my order?

I only know my order number.

Is there any solution for this problem??

If You create an account using the same mail address as You used when ordering I’m pretty sure You’ll see it.

thx but i cannot sign in because password.
The password is uncorrect, so I clicked reset password.
But the mail which have the reseted password
doesn’t come.

The error say [No account found with that email.]
So I created account again and got my mail that account is activated.
I try to sign in more time but i cannot login.
In this time the error message is [Invalid login credentials.]

This is infinite loop

plz someone solve this problem

Ok. I solve this probelm.

That activated mail doesn`t show “activate button” on cell phone.
