I have tried to contact you via Skype but you appear to be off line.
I think that the biggest problem is being caused by out of focus image and it appears that this can only be fixed by changing lenses.
Would you consider making the suggestion that Pimax offers a set of different power lenses for people with different vision?
It could be offered as an option with a small cost.
Also a procedure to how users could change the lenses would be helpful as it would be very inconvenient to have to send the unit back for repair.
I think this is a good product if only the focus issue can be fixed.

I am going to email support. The hardware is fantastic but these connection issues are terrible. I really hope this can be fixed as I am already ready to jump into the 8k bandwagon if I am confident that the software will be reliable!
