I’m about to get a new computer with a 3090 and 10900k, upgrading from a 1080ti and 7700k. I wanted to know if anyone has tinkered around and found some good base settings for this setup (mostly referring to supersampling) thanks.

That entirely depends on what applications you intend to run.

Native 75/90hz 1x render quality - the rest is pure opinion.
FOV etc.
I wouldnt turn on smart smoothing.
