I wait reply for confirmation of shipping the old headset

The two 5k+ stay with me, I will return one and keep one until the new replacement is arrived because I am not sure that the new replacement will be better than the old replacement in the case of black dot although the old replacement have dead pixel and cracking (blinking dots is solved by swap the cable).

I wait for a week and still not get any reply, can you reply my email?
