I need more information about your Pimax 4K and 8K

Please help me, i need more information.
I have search a few hours on this site and others sites too. I’m getting dizzy. :wink:

  • When starts your 45 days “money back garanty”. Does that counter starts at the moment the Pimax is shipped or at the moment i have received your Pimax?
  • Because i’m a man of quality, is there a possibility to buy extra garanty that there will be no dead (sub-)pixels on the Pimax? And what is in your eyes acceptable about some dead sub-pixels?
  • I do not know how long your hdmi- or dp-cables are or will be. It is no problem for me to buy some extended cables because i think that i need a total length of 5 meters max.
  • And what more do i need to enjoy your Pimax?

If you are planning to watch movies, i would reccomend pimax.

For gaming, without controllers, you are locked for playing any good games.
And as far as i know, there aren’t good controllers yet.

I’v tried Razer Hydra (works fine for 180 degrees), Leap motion (very bad) and PSMove (configuring, but crashing a lot, and a bit dissapointed as they cost me more than 100eur)…

Pimax is working smoothly with Eve Valkyrie and Elite dangerous for instance. It works with ps3 and ps4 controllers without any problem.
Ps move works (but not out of the box).

Also i had chance to try psvr , and i can say that pimax have bettter and cleaner image than psvr

Thanks to all for the info.

I want to use the Pimax for gaming like flightsim and fps. I’m using a Thrustmaster Hotas Warthog, a gamepad, a pedal set, keyboard and mouse. And sometimes as experiment an eyetracking device.

I still hope that i get some info from Pimax about my “hardware-questions”. :wink:
