How i can reset device sensors?
When the headset are in a horizontal position - in the steamvr i see a tilted image:
Close SteamVR down/Relaunch while holding the HMD directly in center of play space.
Restarting steamvr does not solve the problem. I also restarted my computer and reconnected Pimax - nothing changed.
Close down Steam/SteamVR. Go to Steam Install Directory//config folder. Backup/Delete chaperone_info.vrchap & Relaunch SteamVR/Run Room Setup.

I completely removed the steam / steamvr and pimax software, and then installed it all again. Nothing changed (

Try Extended mode and run something in that mode, if the view remains skewed, it may be a hardware issue.

I started a game in extended mode (last knight), and the game has an angled horizon as in the steamvr.
Then the next question is how to reset the sensors in the glasses? Is there a sensor reset command, as the command to control the brightness?
The only other drastic measure I can think of would be: Install a separate OS on another hard drive and try Piplay/SteamVR there. It really seems like an hardware issue @ this point. (Gyro Malfunction)
In any case, i’t’s time to contact Pimax & determine if the issue can be remedied.

Our engineers noted and initially analyzed your issue. They said that because of difference of geomagnetic field, it may be tilted of 5 angle, that’s why it could be backed to normal after closing device senior.

Yes, it’s a hardware issue.
I dont know, is it possible to fix the issue through pimax software. But I hope that this is possible.
For example: my EDtracker has software calibration.
You should report the issue to pimax support. More requests - faster result )
minumum 3 people? No, now we just need how many people have 0 degree in horizontal. This is manufacturing defect and, realy, don’t critical. If all have same degree, we need just some software fix, i think)

I made quick calibration and nothing changed.
Probably, steam calibration works only in yawl axis, not for pitch and roll axis.
yep, only yaw and vertical.
I too have an issue with 3-5 degrees of counter clockwise horizon. Have tried many things to no avail.
I hope the software will soon have more setting available.
Also a HOTKEY for Gyro Centering is a must for this headsets software. You cant expect people to tab out of games to re-center. Please add this to firmware update. Perhaps a single tap of power button to center.
Other than that loving the VR experience.
