I noticed that the floor height in games is off by just a small amount, about 4 cm. In other words, when I reach down, I touch my room’s actual floor before I “touch” the VR floor, and the difference is about 4cm.
I’ve done room calibration twice, both in pitool and in SteamVR, and I’ve ended up with roughly the same result.
Is there a way to manually adjust the floor height by this small amount by editing some configuration file, perhaps?
Use OVR Advanced Settings, its an app on Steam that allows you to make tiny adjustments to where you are, offsets can be made in all directions and even allows rotation.
