I have tried to get an rma for 2 weeks and they barely responded to my ticket, they said they have submitted my form and its been 2 days of waitin. Anyone have expereice the wait time from sending the bad one to getting the good one back?

They have all been on holiday since beginning of Oct so only back a few days
