How can I use Pimax on a second graphics card (via Alienware Graphics Amplifier)

I have an Alienware laptop with GTX1060. I also have an external graphics card box (known as Alienware Graphics Amplifier) with an GTX1080 in it. I would like to run Pimax 4k using GTX1080 so it’s a bit more performant.

I plugged in the headset’s HDMI to the GTX1080’s HDMI port, but it still seems like it’s using 1060. The Pimax Application says the graphics card is 1060 and the performance is even worse than when I plugged it into 1060’s HDMI port.

Is there any way I can configure this so it uses the more powerful second graphics card? In my case, it’s the 1080.

Thanks a lot.

You may try to manually install the driver version in 384.94 according the post below:

I think you can try to disable the GTX1060 card If you HDMI is an explicit output.
