Hey Pimax I was wondering why I can't be treated like other backers and receive my replacement before I ship the defective headset back?


I have created a Supen #1336 for dead pixels and since then have found three cracks in the housing. One of them extremely large! Pimax has agreed to replace the unit but have asked that I ship it across country to California. After receiving and inspecting it they will ship me a new one. I don’t want to have to wait weeks or months like some other backers I’ve seen to get a replacement! I think it’s only fair that I get treated like previous backers and receive my replacement before I ship this one back!

I also received a letter with similar query and i am in thought now. I wouldn’t like to waste the time for waiting. You know that shipping, checking, and send it back takes a long time.
