Has the rma terms is changed?

I order 5k+ bundle last month
and i used it 2 weeks but my basestation has red light
so i asked pimax ticket and steam
and i get rma permission

But there are something problem
vivi said “you can only get rma at u.s.a address where you order it”

but I know somepeople who order pimax in korea they can send it from korea

is there something change?

i just want send my red light basestation from korea and recive it at usa

So you are currently staying at US but the base station is located at Korea, and you are looking to send it for RMA and receive the replacement base station with the US address.
