Has Pimax ticketing system been swept again?

I was just replying to an open ticket conversation and received a message from Pimax that my support account has been created and the ticket number assigned. The last email exchange I had on the ticket (#22044 in the original system) was on April 15th.

Now with the new account and the new ticket number, of course, the complete history is missing. Does anyone have the same experience?

pimax is probably tired of people posting their ticket histories to the forum showing pimax weakness in handling issues :rofl: (sarcasm) /s
