I received couple days ago the new set of bases and controllers and everything is working now. I encounter another problem this time redeeming Half Life Alix. I sent a request to Steam to add it to my library and this is what I got. I need some help from Pimax.

In the attached photo did you put the serial number of the box that had the index controllers and base stations? As that’s what they needed from me

For this, you need to provide the individual serial numbers of the controllers. There should be located on the inside tracking ring of Index controllers.
The codes are start from FKL and FKR.
Additionally, you may submit along with the serial number of the box.
