Can anyone explain what GPU Catalyst is and if it helps in any way?
GPU catalyst is simply implementing a possible fix for those whom were experiencing studders.
I didn’t have this issue so I leave it a default. Think is 0.

It can be used to push something like more aggresive frame pacing in the hope of gaining performance, although there are reports it is not functioning correctly. Slide it up from zero to the point you experience problems like hanging frames or stuttering, then knock it back a notch, and you should have gained some performance. If you can’t turn it up without problems, leave it at zero.

Usually add some stutter. In that case leave it at zero
However I read someone liked values higher than zero
when the headset was working at 72 hz
When you buy a game try it to see if could be soothing

For now it is… a mystery.
Yes, we know what it is supposed to do but have not heard from anyone confirming that it actually works, improves anything, does not introduce stutter.
Some confirmed that it „works“ up to 1, but they probably mean that they don‘t run into issues without describing any benefits.
