Issue Title: Pimax will not connect with Steam VR
Description: SteamVR will not load with Pimax HMD loaded. If SteamVR loaded first it will fail as soon as Pitool is loaded. Pitool version has been changed and reloaded several times and Steam/SteamVR removed and reloaded several times. Up to last week there were no problems but I suspect the last change in the Pitool version has caused a problem. The HMD tracks and loads to the space scene only.

@Alex.liu You can try Natural Locomotion with Index Controllers?
Have a bug, you need move the controllers hands for natural walk but in pimax the walk forward is 90º to right and need fix
This is an immersive(tons) app for gaming but is unusable on Pimax until you fix it.
