For people experiencing the 10500 error problem

Hi community. This is just an advice for people experiencing this problem. Try this :

1- In your search bar type : services
2- Then look for : PiServiceLauncher
3- Right click on it then click on “Start”

Normally it should work. Your HMD should be connected again. Tell me if it works for you.

I found it last 2 days, I try to do all of that and not sure what happened, but my all usb 3.0 are dead. I have to use usb 2.0 instead.

in my case nothing I need Pimax support help , I think they do not work by hardware
