Hi Sam his forum post was from back in February before we implemented the IPD software slider that works together with the mechanical adjustment. You might try that adjustment to fine tune it.

My problem was that the panels in my HMD were offset vertically due to manufacturing problems and I needed to use Pitool to correct it.

I have used the ipd software slider extensively. While it helped I could never get it quite right and always some visual issues. This does not happen to me on any other HMD. (Rift, Quest, Vive, Index)

I have that too. Try the slider. It improved compared to default but I could never get it 100%
What odd is i do not notice this issue in other HMD’s (Rift, Quest, Vive, Index)
