FedEx label created but no shipping

Hi, why has been the label created for me on 17th July but according to the support team it is going to ship out in the early August?
Makes no sense to me.`

Hey,

The tracking label was generated in advance during the package preparation process. This was done to streamline the preparation of required documents and save time.
