That does not answer my question. My pimax had multiple problems. I want to know who is going to pay for the $80USD Shipping I wasted buying your faulty product?

Lenses center muddy, and I can’t launch Steam BP,the new version of the international Version 1.1.74 Pimax did not help,I’m more than a week to change Windows and applications, but do not start steam BP,perhaps your program wants to work with AMD and the graphics Card Gigabyt GTX 980 ti G1 Gaming. I already sent the file “logs” from Steam, I bought the device to play in the SteamVR and look at how it lays on my Desk I installed Windows many times in a row, you should take steps to fix the program.

Bury center was only one of the problems with my Pimax
Other problems were:
Wont go into direct mode using Pimax software
Constantly connecting and disconnecting
Center blury
IPD does not work
Terible optics design causes headaches
Center drift, had to constantly re center position, Terribly designed gyros
No inbuilt microphone FALSE ADVERTISING
Earphones sounded terrible
You had the opportunity to produce a great product but you failed! I would not suggest this product anyone!

Blurry center can refund it.
If you want to set the IPD, you need to close your Steam first.
Microphone is our reseller’s mistakes, we don’t have the microphone on the headset.
If you think the headphone’s sound is bad, you can use your own headphone.
And the latest Piplay version solved a lot of problems that we knew.

Hi. Yes I returned it 2 weeks ago. Gear best will only refund the purchace cost not any of the shipping costs. If you try really hard they will give you a 200 point credit to your gear best wallet but thats only 10 USD. Dont worry about the shipping. Get your money back as soon as you can. The Pimax is worth nothing. I wouldnt even try sell it on ebay
