Faulty cable Pimax arent helping me with this issue Im getting the runaround nearly 2 weeks now

Hi I have a 5K Plus with a faulty cable I was told I would get a replacement I have been contacting support for nearly 2 weeks I keep getting the runaround from Pimax, Today I got a message from one of the Pimax staff telling me to contact service desk, I cant contact service desk because my login details dont work anymore so I tried resetting my password when I try to reset it get an email saying Password resetting is disabled for my account. I have sent numerous emails and messages I have even contacted Pimax via twitter. Will someone from Pimax Please send me a replacement cable I cant contact via service desk and cannot send support ticket because my login details no longer work. Please help me with this issue

Dallas Contacted me early this morning about 6 hours ago and told me to use the service desk I tried explaining to him that I cannot use the service desk because my login details dont work anymore and I never got a reply from him. I have been contacting Dallas back and fourth for nearly 2 weeks now and he has not resolved this issue.

Contacting the service desk doesn’t help much either I’m afraid. I did manage to get access to the support section after having the exact same issue. It took @Doman.Chen to reset the password for me himself. I’ve had a supen for the same cable issue open for three weeks with no contact. I’ve been checking it daily. Hope you get sorted.

I’ve got the same issue. Support identified faulty cable and advised I’d get a replacement. Been waiting a month now. No response from Support. My account appears to have been deleted so have just registered again. What is going on?!

Good news is that when the replacement cable finally DOES arrive, it is a complete fix for the flickering pixels - totally, 100%! My 5K+ was useless in dark scenes with the sky lit up by constant pixel fireworks, but with the replacement cable installed the issue is totally gone!
