Yesterday I did an update on my 8KX firmware and the PiTool but today I plugged the eye-tracking and I got this error. any suggestion?

You can check if it’s logging the download URL in C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Pimax\runtime\pvr_srv_log_21-01-DD-HH-MM-SS.txt.
Site might be down or You just can’t access it (while other might be able to do so for You).

Thanks, I ended up uninstalling the previous one restated my pc, and this time it went through.
