Do you need to launch game from Pitools for game specific settings to take effect, or can I launch the game directly from Windows Explorer or Steam and Pitools will apply the game specific effects?
At the moment, launching iRacing from Pitools doesn’t seem to work. Thus the question.
My understanding is that you need to launch the game from PiTool for game-specific settings to be applied.
Generally, I’m not switching VR games very often. (I mostly play Elite D in VR.) Therefor, I just adjust the PiTool settings for whatever game I’m currently playing. I think quit the PiTool app (completely), since there have been reports of it using resources while playing a game.
