Delivery time on Valve Index controllers via Pimax?

Hi.

I paid for Valve Index controllers Plan F upgrade as a Kickstarter Full Package backer (via Pimax support ticket) as Pimax’s own Sword controllers are probably delayed until 2021.

I wondered how long it takes to deliver them on average?

I’ve waited 18 days so far since receiving the invoice. I’m not complaining, I just wondered if it takes a month or more for others who’ve ordered Valve Index controllers from Pimax?

Did you ever get your controllers. I am still waiting on my backer upgrade plan E since November.
