How is the build up for the 8/5k customer service going? You have to be responsive. If you need to hire more people for customer service then do it. Customer satisfaction is key to referrals. The best advertising is word of mouth when a customer loves your product and customer service.
Think they already set up a support area/thread or did you not look.
I didn’t look. But I’m talking about phone support.
Pretty sure you are going to run into time zone problems with that and a small Chineese company. Also the way everyone expects an answer in 30 or so seconds now.
