Seeing as in the stream @PimaxUSA said custom HMD requests were possible, and seeing as the 5k+'s panels are capable of 120hz, and the limiting factor for 90hz at 1440p x2 is in the cables and/or bridge chip, theoretically it should be possible to give the 5K the cable and bridge chip in the 8KX to allow it to run 120hz at full fov on the 1440p panels the 5k+ is using. Where is the appropriate place to direct a request like this?
