Cushions and support

The tracking shows that the wrong cushion was sent on 2020-11-19 - a month after the Pimax support confirms the understand which one do I need. The confusion wouldn’t have happened at all if Pimax did ship this premium headset with two cushions or at least provide a reference for people to easily check which one do they have.

The 8kX is too expensive for this kind of support and the cushions are too important for the proper use of the headset for Pimax to continue to neglect the issue.

I see people think that buying via Amazon will save them from all problems and drama, but they will still participate in the Pimax Black Lottery where only the half of the clients receive an adequate cushion and will still need to deal with support if they want to get the proper experience from their expensive premium headset.
