Order Confirmation, Shipping Process, and Status:

We are currently processing pre-orders made before March 31st, 2023. If you have not received a payment confirmation email, please contact our team at online@pimax.com.
All pre-orders placed before May 30th are expected to be processed and shipped within the next two months.

Note: If you completed the final payment before June 16th and have not received the address confirmation email, please contact Pimax at support@pimax.com in case you missed the email.

If you have completed the payment and confirmed the shipping address, you should receive a tracking label from us via email. If you have not received it within 2-3 weeks, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.

Currently, we are shipping to the following regions:
North America: United States and Canada
Europe: EU region, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland
Oceania: Australia and New Zealand
Middle East region
Asia: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Japan, as well as Mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

Fiber Optic Cable:

Starting from June 25th, Crystal headsets will resume shipping with the standard DP (DisplayPort) cable instead of the temporary measure of using the fiber optic cable.
