Crystal (normal) does not recharge battery any more

Several months ago my crystal just stop recharging while playing. Before I could do sessions 4-5 hours, and then suddently just 2-2.5hrs.

Several weeks ago my crystal stop recharging even when I do not play. That was never like that; before was enough to leave crystal connected to pc (pimax app closed), and it was recharged overnight. I barely changed battery in months.

I already checked my power options (pc can not turn off anything by itself).
Also I tried directly high power wall charger today (black usb 2.0 to wall charger); Cristal does not recharge with it at all.

I am still not on latest Pimax Play (I do not want any betas).
And of course my warranty year is over.

What to do?

EDIT1: additionally, I realised that my Crystal USB 2.0 plugged into high power USB hub does not lit the power light (HUB does not even recognise plugged device). At least HMD works…

EDIT2: next day battery was charged overnight, again. (wall charger)

Please disconnect all cables and reconnect them. Start by connecting the hub to the power supply first, followed by the USB/DisplayPort (DP) cable to the PC, and finally the DP cable to the headset.

Thx for suggestion; I found that solution before, and I disconnect cables several times (but never on HMD side, just on PC side).
The charging currently works, but it is inconsistent. One day my battery is charged over night, next day depleted.

"Alright, please follow the same steps on the HMD side. Additionally, when shutting down the headset, check the color of the power LED. If it appears white-ish, it indicates that the battery is charging.

I did that, the color is yellow-white. It was recharged every morning again (last few days). For now it´s working, I will write again if problem comes back. thank you!
