Often with starting my crystal and other programs, my crystal mic is not recognised.
I found what was the issue; I need to start pimax client and wait (longer) untill it start mic and headphones driver; only then I may open discord (or other program with mic issues). Otherwise the mic are not recognised.
I have 2 ways to make it work again:
- PC restart, then pimax experience (+wait untill crystal recognised and fully functional)…
- If you still have problems, switch in pimax experience to “normal sound mode” (restart headset), and then switch back to sound “low latency - experimental mode” (which is far better).

To pimax engineers; can you make pimax crystal mic (and headphones) always working with PC? That was case with 8kx, and that was more convenient for gamers.
