@Vodnik : how long you wait for an answer until you submit a ticket?
What answer? I submitted a ticket to Pimax before I posted anything here.
My Crystal is already on the way to Sweden. Once it arrives there, Pimax will send a replacement unit from China to me.
Short update in case anyone’s interested: I finally received a replacement headset a week ago. So far it works fine - at least it doesn’t seem to have the issue the previous one had.
I will only be able to spend more time with it this weekend, so only then I’ll know if more common issues will appear (like greenish spots after the screen gets too hot).
For now I can certainly see/hear that the sound latency/delay issue has not been fixed yet by Pimax, which is very annoing and makes playing some games (e.g. HL:Alyx) basically impossible with the headset integrated sound solution Which is a huge shame, as the D-mas otherwise sounds great.
How long do we have to wait for them to fix such an obvious issue?!..
