My Crystal no longer turns off since I updated the firmware to version 1.4.0.
After pressing the On/Off button, the Crystal switches off, but automatically opens again after 1 or 2 seconds. Now the only way to switch off the Crystal is to disconnect the two USB cables on the Power Hub. I know another owner with the same problem.

Perhaps you should consider updating the client to v1.14.04 and the headset firmware to version 0807. If you want to power off the headset, press and hold the power button for 4-5 seconds.

After checking, my Client is in version 1.14.03 and there is no possibility of upgrading to version 1.14.04.
This morning my helmet stayed closed 6 times out of 8.
Waiting for a new firmware update to solve this problem definitively.
