Confusion and problems

Hello,
I just received PIMAX 4K and I have lots of problems with it.
I use the latest 2.05 beta piplay and up to date firmware
GPU: GTX 970 with latest drivers

Problems:

  1. How to adjust IPD (with the green cross) when the image is allways split ?
  2. Display switch…I have PIMAX connected to GTX 970 and PC monitor to Intel onboard GPU. Switching displays between those is nightmare, it allways swicth back to PIMAX automaticaly and bugs itself.
  3. I installed and configured steam VR when I run steam VR the steam VR home 3D environment is not rednering properly. I see only red structures without any texture and the performance is absolutely horrible like 0.1 FPS
  4. When I want to test PIMAX from piplay by runing some 3D video it prompts me to use video mode when I switch to video mode I am done the image is split the video wont play and I cant work with PC because image is split and when I switch display it switches back to PIMAX and I am no longer able to switch from video mode to PIMAX mode.

How should I configure/connect PIMAX and my PC monitor so I can switch between them flawlesly ?
How can I even test the PIMAX 3D capability ?
What other software is necessary for playing 3D content on PIMAX ?

Hi, can we use Teamviewer? I would like to assist you remotely. By the way, can you firstly both plug the hdmi cable and the headset and the cable of the monitor to the ports of GTX 970?

I have solved those issues by disabling onboard GPU and connecting my monitor also to GTX 970.
I had the image quality set on max in pimax settings hence the terrible performance in steam VR home.

However new problem arised that is steam VR home allways crashes and reboots my PC. I solved this by disabling steam VR home and will test some other 3D games to see if the PC crash occurs
