Had a great reply from Sally Huang in regard to changing Plans,all I have to do is
log on to my account.That’s the problem I cannot log on it keeps advising that it’s
the wrong password even when I reset the password.
Please help

Skellum in the Email Sally sent you. There should be a button on top left if mem aerves. It maybe in chinese. Click on this link in the email and I believe you can respond to ticket without needing to logon.

Tried all links to no avail ,managed to get onto website but could not find shop/product/price-difference-price-difference to pay the difference,also after many tries to reset
just does not work for some reason ,can’t believe this has not been fixed as i notice various other people have had a similar problem,

Thinking about it I may have been logged on through the URL on my PC
when I purchased Plan D, I tried to pay when I was on that site but it reverted to Email and password page.
Interestingly, I can’t enter my personal account through the site for backers: https://backer.pimaxvr.com/web/login
But through the Pimax store I easily log into my account: https://store.pimaxvr.com/web/login
