Can we have more technical details about the Pimax lighthouses?

@bacon @deletedpimaxrep1
In the kickstarter you mentioned that Pimax lighthouses will support Steam VR Tracking 2.0.
I have a lot of questions that are more about the details.

  1. Does Pimax build their own lighthouses, or will you ship the new Valve lighthouses?

  2. If they are your own design, do you get the specifications and firmware from Valve, or do you have to reverse engineer their lighthouses based on public information?

  3. Does Valve validate your lighthouses to make sure they meet their specifications and are fully compatible?

  4. Are your lighthouses single rotor or dual rotor with sync on beam?

  5. Can your lighthouse firmware be updated to later support the new features of Steam VR tracking 2.0 (Using 4 Basestations or more)?

  6. Does your lighthouse hardware support frequency-division multiplexing (FDM), so it can be enabled later if Valve starts supporting it with their own lighhouses?

  7. Will your lighthouses turn off automatically when SteamVR is closed?

Best regards

Got it, I will check internally and feedback you later.

Is there any update on at least some of my questions?

Sorry for late response.These days I am checking internally and with our partners. For Pitracking we plan to develop some new features compared with steam VR lighthouse to have more expansibility such as cap sense.it would be more flexible to developers. For more details, we will update later according to our development progress and also we need to get approval from our partners.

Thanks for the update. I am looking forward to more information on the lighthouse hardware you are developing.
Are there any prototypes of the Pimax SteamVR 2.0 lighthouses you can show photos of that show their progress?
