Hello just for someone who has the same problems
I Love my 5k+ but there are some issius.
First Cabel was broken after a year and the Shop dont have replacement Cable.
So i asked the support and they send me 20 email copys every day that i
have to send them my shipment address what i have done but never get a cable.
So i decide to buy a new Pimax 5k+ wich was a good idea becouse there is another
problem too poping up after my cable problem.
First i just changed only the Cable and the picture was fine again but after 2 month the tracking of the controller is so brocken after 10mins they just disapear a few seconds.
I buyed a thirt Lighthouse becouse i thought its a lighthous problem but the problem still exist.
So i buy 2 new Wand Controller… problem still exist.
Next thing i do was changing the new pimax aggainst the old.
Controllers disapear no more but sometimes struggle a bit.
So the Problem was the Bluetooth Modul in my old Pimax 5k+ 
PS: PLEASE JUST ADD A REPLACEMENT CABLE IN THE SHOP THAT CANT BE SO HARD
