Hello,

You might want to file a ticket on Submit a ticket : Pimax Support

At the same time, you may try the following:

  1. Delete all Pitool/Piservice files on the driver.
  2. Unplug the headset and reinstall the Pitool 280v (recommended)
  3. Launch the Pitool and connect your 8KX (USB and DP)
  4. Wait up to 10seconds.
