Bitte ich brauch mal dringend Hilfe mit meiner 8kx von Pimax

Als aller erstes danke schon mal im Voraus.

Ich habe die 8kx seit ein paar Tagen, und noch nie etwas in Richtung VR gehabt.
Und ja ich habe sie zum laufen bekommen (nur mal vor weg genommen).
Habe auch alles Top hinbekommen und lief ohne Probleme.

Bis ich auf das Upscale Mode gedrückt habe
Dann war rum Fehlercode 10936.
Habe dann versucht durch die Treiber neu zu installieren von der Grafikkarte (Nichts)
Das offizielle PI Tool drauf und runter (mit allen Dateien usw.) Nichts
Dann versucht eine neue oder besser gesagt die alte Firmware aufzuspielen,
mit dem DFUupgrade und den 3 Tasten drucken an der Brille. Und DP drin mal raus usw.

Der Aktuelle Stand ist jetzt wie folgt, Fehlercode 10500.
USB (Strom habe das 6m Viberglasskabel) wird nicht erkannt.

Wenn mir da ein Profi helfen könnte wär ich unendlich dankbar.

At the same time, you may try the following:

  1. Delete all Pitool/Piservice files on the driver.
  2. Unplug the headset and reinstall the Pitool 280v (recommended)
  3. Launch the Pitool and connect your 8KX (USB and DP)
  4. Wait up to 10seconds.

Also unten auf der Brille steht eine Nummer das wären die 2076. Und auf dem Karton steht noch was mit SN: PV0601MPR.

Sorry war gestern noch zu lange wach und bin heute extrem müde :see_no_evil::sweat_smile:

Also die Lösung war echt die Serialnummer ! Die 2076.
Die hat mich dann zu der richtigen Firmware geführt, dank eines Beitrags hier im Forum :muscle:

Alles läuft wie neu. Außer das Trecking :sweat_smile: irgendwie bin ich immer auf Fußboden Höhe egal was ich mache. das habe ich durch meine echte Größe korrigiert aber die Index Controller liegen noch unerreichbar in neben mir unten rum.

Wäre hier auch für eine Hilfe dankbar. habe 2 Base Stationen von Valve.
und vor den crash gingen die super.
