Before we get our hands on the headsets

There will be failures from manufacturing, tossed is shipping causing something to break, or a component malfunction. Don’t let that make you think it’s the way headset is intended on running if its capable. There’s failures across any item, be it from a small company to one that makes billions annually. There will be failures. I post hoping if this happens to you, to not be angry with the Pimax team and testers. I’m not familiar with Pimax customer service with the 4K headset, so I can’t speak from any experience. With that, they will need to work with those that have these unexpected issues in order to have a reputation that makes others recommend them. Unlike one we all know. If theres an issue causing the headset to malfunction don’t immediately write off the whole thing. Here’s to a successful launch!
